This website is operated by Vantora Lighting. Throughout the site, the terms “Vantora,” “Vantora Lighting,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Vantora Lighting.

By visiting our website, creating an account, submitting information, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction to make a purchase through this website. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

You may not use our products, website, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Website Use

We grant you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, and nontransferable right to access and use this website for personal or legitimate business-shopping purposes.

You agree not to:

• Product images may include styling pieces, furniture, bulbs, accessories, or decorative elements that are not included.

• Packaging, components, and minor design details may change without materially affecting the product’s function or overall appearance.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all specifications and confirming that a product is appropriate for their space, ceiling height, electrical system, junction box, environment, and intended application before ordering or installing it.

5. Electrical Fixtures and Installation

Lighting products must be installed according to the supplied instructions, applicable building and electrical codes, and manufacturer requirements.

Vantora Lighting strongly recommends using a qualified, licensed electrician for all hardwired fixtures. Customers and installers are responsible for confirming voltage, wattage, dimmer compatibility, mounting requirements, structural support, environmental rating, and electrical compatibility before installation.

Vantora Lighting is not responsible for injury, property damage, product damage, code violations, or additional expenses resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, incompatible electrical systems, or failure to follow instructions.

Unless required by law or agreed to in writing, installation, removal, repair, electrician fees, contractor fees, equipment rental, and related labor costs are not reimbursable.

6. Prices and Availability

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and specifications may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and optional services will be calculated or disclosed before payment is submitted. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except when necessary to correct an obvious pricing or listing error.

Products may be limited in quantity or available only in certain locations. We may discontinue a product at any time.

7. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment or shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Incorrect pricing or product information

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

• Shipping restrictions

• Unusual order quantities

• Errors affecting inventory or fulfillment

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item.

8. Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, contact, and shipping information. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method selected at checkout for the total amount shown.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

We do not directly store complete payment-card details. Payments may be processed by Shopify or other authorized third-party payment providers under their respective terms and privacy practices.

9. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed date in writing.

Orders may ship from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate packages. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, supply constraints, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at purchase, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a complete and accurate delivery address

• Monitoring tracking information

• Being available for delivery when required

• Inspecting packages promptly

• Reporting visible damage according to our Refund and Return Policy

Additional expenses caused by incorrect addresses, refused deliveries, missed appointments, storage fees, or failure to collect a shipment may be charged to the customer when permitted by law.

Shipping and delivery are also governed by our Shipping Policy.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and cancellations are governed by our Refund and Return Policy:

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Trade Program and Commercial Orders

Participation in the Vantora Trade Program is subject to approval and may require professional or business documentation.

Trade benefits:

• Are intended for approved members and their authorized businesses

• May not be transferred, shared, or publicly distributed

• May not be combined with other offers unless expressly permitted

• May vary by product, project, or order size

• May be changed or discontinued with reasonable notice

We may suspend or terminate Trade Program access if information is inaccurate, benefits are misused, payment obligations are not met, or program requirements are no longer satisfied.

Large-quantity, commercial, customized, or project orders may be governed by a separate written quote, invoice, purchase agreement, or project-specific terms. Those written terms will control if they conflict with these general Terms.

Trade customers claiming tax-exempt status are responsible for providing valid documentation and for all taxes later determined to be due.

12. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, exclusions, minimum purchases, and usage limits.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Discounts cannot be combined.

• Discounts have no cash value.

• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

• Promotions may be modified or ended before an order is placed.

• Misused, duplicated, transferred, or fraudulently obtained codes may be canceled.

13. Reviews, Images, and Submitted Content

If you submit a review, photograph, video, testimonial, design image, comment, or other content to us, you confirm that:

• You own the content or have permission to submit it.

• The content is truthful and does not infringe another party’s rights.

• The content does not contain unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or confidential material.

You grant Vantora Lighting a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, and share the submitted content in connection with our website, advertising, social media, and business operations, subject to applicable privacy law.

We may moderate or remove content, but we are not obligated to publish every submission. We will not require a positive review as a condition of receiving an incentive, and any material connection should be clearly disclosed.

The Vantora name, branding, logos, website design, product names, written content, graphics, photographs, videos, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Vantora Lighting and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-party names, trademarks, and content remain the property of their respective owners.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, analytics providers, carriers, social platforms, and application providers.

We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, or practices of independent third-party services. Your use of those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

A link or integration does not necessarily represent our endorsement of every product, statement, or practice associated with that third party.

This section does not eliminate any refund or cancellation right provided by applicable law.

Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination will survive, including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute provisions.

25. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
